For over three decades, Mary Jane Eadson has assisted regional, national and global employers in all compliance issues related to group benefits. Ms. Eadson negotiates and drafts employer-sponsored plan contracts in compliance with relevant law (ERISA, COBRA, PPACA, HIPAA, HITECH, DMCH, CDI, CMS, IRS). She has worked with the California Endowment on the Insure the Uninsured Project, the California Association of Small Health Employer Plans and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She has been a guest speaker at a number of associations including the Agricultural Personnel Management Association, the California Grower Foundation and the Orange County Association of Health Underwriters. Ms. Eadson has also worked for the agricultural industry as a legislative representative in California, Arizona, and Washington D.C.

As the former Vice President and General Counsel for Western Growers Association, Mr. Kerr was active in labor, ERISA, COBRA, and Western Growers health plan oversight.
He has been in private practice for the last twenty years in both litigation and counseling for the benefit of agricultural companies.
